Data we collect
Through the site’s contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, company, job title, email address, industry sector and the message or query you choose to send us. We do not collect sensitive data and we ask that you not include any in the message field.
Providing this data is voluntary; however, refusal to supply the data marked as mandatory may prevent us from handling your request.
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed in order to handle and respond to your queries, manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship, prepare proposals and quotations, and, where applicable, send you information about our services when you have authorised it. No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects will be carried out on the basis of your data.
Legal basis
The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS. The legal basis legitimising the processing is the consent you grant when submitting the form, together with the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest of Grupo Higienissa in managing your queries.
Recipients and processors
Your data will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. To provide the service we may use suppliers acting as data processors (for example, web hosting, email and contact-management tools), who process the data solely in accordance with our instructions and with the safeguards required by law. Where a supplier involves a cross-border data flow, the safeguards set out in Law No. 29733 and its Regulations will be applied.
Retention period
We will retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your query and, where applicable, to maintain the commercial relationship, as well as for the applicable legal periods to address any liabilities. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it and object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw the consent granted.
